How do included minutes work?

What counts as a minute?

A minute is 60 seconds of active conversation between your caller and the AI agent. Hold time and ring time are not counted.

What happens when I exceed my included minutes?

Your agents keep answering — they never stop. Overage minutes are billed at the end of the month at your plan's rate (€0.08–€0.12/min). You receive an alert at 80% usage.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a 14-day free trial on the Starter plan. No credit card required to start.

Do I need technical knowledge to set up an agent?
